Motorola i930 Problem

I just got my i930, and the problem i have now is my menu. I installed a few themes on there, and now when I press the start button, the menu opens, and its got a background behind it, like black and white bars(black behind one menu item, then white behind the next, etc..), and i think it was part of a theme. Now i uninstalled them all, except this one that wont let me uninstall it:

Any ideas how to get it off there?
