hi there could somebody please tell me how to increase the volume on my phone has i have tried and its still very low i can hardly hear the sound am i doing something wrong because i have only just purchased the phone and i am not happy at the moment

I presume you have tried the buttons on the side for volume control. If were talking about volume outside of call, make sure your profile is set to Normal or Loud. If its still quiet I must presume its hardware, and I suggest you contact orange in regards to a replacement.

thank you it was me i have set it to outdoors i had it on normal which is quiet thnks for you help

I had the same problem with my C500, infact I still have the same problem. I put it to loud and outdoors and still its not AS loud as I want it. I can't do much either since I dont have no warantee or nothing like that and its way to expensive to get it fixed and to ship it out. Well, I'm glad you fixed yours! mines not bad either ;)
