Missing Contact Fields In Outlook from Windows 5.0

Firstly, my first question so "hi" to all! ;)

A similar question was asked by Markda2000 back in January (Old Question Link) without answer but I wonder if someone may have found the solution by now.

I note in my C600 that there is an IM2 and IM3 contact fields. However, entering text in them just seems to disappear (syncing with Outlook 2002) into the void.

Be useful for other Instant Messaging Programmes other than MSN such as Yahoo Messenger or even Skype.

I can see no method of forcing Active Sync 4 (running 4.1) to map contact fields.

Any suggestions, are things any different perhaps using Outlook 2003?
