How about those dummy demos they sell on eBay. If you just need the housing, you can take it apart and just use the housing.

That worked with the SP3 phones... it will probably work with the new ones too.

Just look for your phone model on eBay. They usually have the dummy demo's for all the phone models. I'm not sure what model you have, but if you look for it often, you'll find it. Last week I saw a couple for the SDA, but I couldn't find any today to post as an example. There is usually someone on there that has it, so just be persistant.
