Hello everyone. I will describe my issue as best as I can.

I own a C600 with a SanDisk 512MB miniSD. It has been 3-4 months since I did the last hard reset. I have lots of nice software on it... Yesterday I used the following programs: Skookum RSS, PMRecorder, MMS and email. At last, I wanted to get my podcasts using Skookum RSS and while the podcasts where downloading I noticed that the phone was running too slow and in the end it was blocked. I performed many restarts but again it was running ok for a couple of minutes then again slowing down. At last I checked the system proprieties in File Explorer and I noticed that immediatelly after the phone boot up, the program memory which in the beginning was 25MB started decreasing slowly kb by kb and in the end it settled around 3MB or 3.30 MB. That's why the phone was slow. Now what the hell could have caused such a mess? Now I am restarting the phone and immediatelly the program memory starts draining until I can't do anything with the phone anymore. I can't even sync anymore...

Any ideas? I am about to hard reset it... But I would be glad to know the cause of this...

Update!

I did the hard reset... I reinstalled activesync... Again, when I try to synchronize with the desktop computer the phone gets stuck, the program memory goes down, it's rendered useless. I noticed that it gets stuck on synchronizing email with microsoft outlook. Is it because I changed the mail storage folder from the phone storage to the miniSD card? I used a tweak from the forum which modifies the registry...

Any ideas?

Damn! I can't synchronize anything... it gets stuck... I tried to synchronize just the contacts but it's just the same. Is there any way to restore the registry to factory default? I just used the tweaks found here on the forum: MMS 4MB to 1MB limit, pocket ie cache to storage card, pocket outlook files to storage card, edge icon, unlocked and decertified, backlight and power tweaks... That's about it...

My phone is useless now...;)((

If you hard reset and it is still doing it then its most probably a hardware issue. I suggest you take it up with Orange.

Well I'd be damned... This never happened before! My phone is unlocked and decerted. This kinda voids my warranty:) Now I will try with another desktop computer and if this persists I will trash it and buy another one:)

I noticed that my phone gets stuck when I try to synchronize.... If I don't plug it in at all there's no problem. When I connect it to activesync it starts getting sluggish... I need some serious help over here:)

NO don't trash your phone! ActiveSync on your PC might be messed up, perhaps a quick backup and a format of both your PC and SmartPhone should do the trick.. I wouldn't try bothering with another PC since the issue is also likely wiht your phone

Yeah... i did the hard reset over 20 times on the phone... it's sooo messed up. Formatting my computer is an option that I keep as a last resort. It takes a lot of time getting it all back together.
