Cant enter PUK code.

Hi,

The PIN was entered incorreectly 3 times by accident, so I need to enter the PUK. I am entering it correctly, 8 digits, but there is no way to confirm it! The "done" button is greyed out, and no button lets me move on.

Has anyone ever had to enter the PUK on the Qtek 8310?

I really hope someone can help me with this..

Hmmm, just a weird thing I noticed.. My PUK contains "999", and when these 3 numbers are entered, the field is greyed out, and the numbers become visible.(the rest are "*").

I solved the problem by putting the sim card in my old nokia and unlocking it.

anyways, weird that I was unable to do this with the qtek..
