Nokia to C600 carkit converter ?

Hi,

I have a Nokia car kit, which I will NEVER use! The kit is a full kit, which is wired into the stereo etc. My question is...rather than rip the whole thing out, is there a converter kit I can buy. Im guessing all the wiring will be the same, all that maybe needed is a dash mount for the handset ? I dont really want to rip out the whole thing if I can help it.
