Not sufficient permissions?

Hi,

I purchased a Qtek 8310 and it should not be branded at all as I did not purchase it from Swiusscom etc. however, when trying to download some programs, including, Autokeylock, I get the following message:

'Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.'

This message also shows up on some homescreen downloads and games.

I cannot "de-cert" my phone as the IMEI does not correspond to any Orange phones...if you know what I mean.

Is there a solution to my problem?
