ActiveSync misses a certain date

I did a search on my topic and found one or two topics that were relevant, however, they had no answer to the problem. So I am trying again and hoping that someone has come up with an answer to this.

I have a Qtek 8310 running WM 2005 and ActiveSync 4.1 on a XP computer.

I always make sure that I don't have any running programs in the background on the phone before I sync.

The problem is that I notice ActiveSync missing one special day upon syncing, every time. It clears the appointments for a certain date (always the same - 2nd of April 2006) on the phone leaving that day totally blank. Even though the appointments are still visible and left in Outlook.

If I then re-add the appointments manually on the phone and re-sync, Outlook shows double appointments but when disconnecting the device, the device is left blank, on that date, again.

So, the appointments still exist in Outlook (now as doubles as I added them on the phone to try) but the date is totally blank on the phone.

I tried changing the time of the appointments and re-saving them (as suggested in one of the earlier posts) but this does not help. It still leaves the day blank on the device even though the appointments exist in Outlook.

This makes me wonder if it misses random appointments and therefore also makes me miss them if I don't have them all in my head...
