I'm sure this is nothing new but last week the "Mobile phone company" rang me to inform me that due to my loyal service to Orange I was entitled to a free upgrade and choice of either 3000 minutes free at weekends for six months or 10% off my monthly bills for ever. I told them I was not interested as my upgrade was due to happen shortly and I wanted to SPV C600 to which they could not offer. The gentleman "Scott Walker" stated that I could have a free upgrade and offer and still upgrade my original phone when my original contract was due for renewal. I agreed to the upgrade and got sent the worst phone possibly invented the Motorola L6 shocking!!

I spoke with Orange who informed me that I had now agreed to a new one year contract meaning I would now have to wait to upgrade again - annoyed! And at which point they said that no 10% promotion had been added to my account so a complete waste of time.

I have now sent my Motorola back and have been told by the Mobile phone company that my contract will be reinstated to which I am still waiting - I spoke to Orange and complained as I was told they were acting on behalf of Orange but they state that the company is nothing to do with them!!

This is totally shocking and I find it hard to believe Orange take no responsibility - if anyone has been affected by this I would love to know how they rectified the situation or if anyone received any compensation for stress, time and hassle!!
