SPV C550\ Tomtom

Hi everyone,

Can someone give me advice I have just upgraded my phone from a spc500 to spvc550 when installing tom tom had to execute exe file from file manager to open which is the first problem, tom tom opened to a small screen which was unreadable. Is this because the resolution is different on the c550? if so can this be changed? any help with this problem will be greatfully recieved

Hi,

seems to be TomTom night!

You can make a shortcut to the exe and put it in your start menu with binarys smart explorer (unlimited shareware) although I think to edit your start menu you must be application unlocked (search the forums for instructions)

Yes the SPV C550 has a different screen resolution to the C500, for TomTom to work correctly on the C550, you need the QVGA update, which is available from the TomTom website,
