c600 joystick not working, after keylock

hi

If i keylock my phones buttons (holding the reciever down) then unlock the keys, the joystick wont work, good eh.

Reboot the phone, and repeat the process. So must be a software clitch not hardware

Anyone else had this, because orange just said we'll send you a new phone.

Its weird nothings changed on the phone so i dont know what did it.

I had this and then found the Push email ROM update from Orange for Business via this website Link is Orange for Business C600 upgrade ROM

It cured the keylock joystick thing but 2 weeks on now people cannot hear me when I make and recieve calls.... 4x C600s on its time to go back to Nokia..

FWIW Orange CS had not a clue. The guy said "try" the rom update and see it if works. Based on todays experiences with CS they appear not to care that WM5 is clearly still in Beta and have no real bug tracking record for it - I don't mind microsoft doing this for normal windows - or is that because I have had 10 years to get used to it - but when the phone application (!) on a....you got it a phone doesn't work it makes you a bit mad...
