wifi auto connection

for some bizarre reason, ive never had this problem before, but my imate SP5m, after ive used the wifi and disconnect it from the comm manager, it tries to reconnect itself whenever it wants!

This happened after I applied the new ROM a week ago, no idea why this is happening.

has anyone had this issue before? There are no programs running in the background which require wifi/internet access.

Are you sure its the wifi thats trying to reconnect and not GPRS?
