COPY function problem activesync and Xphone2

This is the problem i've been having in my for phone for 3 days now. it seems i can copy files in my smartphone but i can't copy from my smartphone to my computer. it just opens the popup screen and saying copying but after it has done that the file is nowhere to be seen. same thing happened to the files that i cut. but i can copy to my phone just fine but i can't do the opposite of it.

any help concerning this problem would be appreciated.

what i already did.

1. reseted the phone

2. removed mini SD card and used the internal storage for copying

3. copied files to the phone (successful).

4. changed USB cable.

5. used another pc to test above again.

but still i cannot copy from my phone to the pc.

You might find that the files you've copied from the phone to the PC are in a hidden folder called

C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp\_PegEx~1

I've had this problem for a month now and never found an explanation or a fix. I think the problem is Morosoft, as with so many other things.
