Can't Recieve MMS on O2 Mini S XDA

Can anyone help me please!!!

I got my new Mini S last week and had loads of bother with it...

It was constantly trying to connect to a dial up connection when accessing the internet or when trying to send and recieve MMS messages.

I contacted O2 and after being on the phone for 1 hour and done 5 soft resets and 1 hard reset I can finally connect using GPRS and not dial up, BUT....

I still can't recieve MMS messages, they say they are downloading but after waiting for an hour or so I just get message saying 'unable to download'.

Can anyone help with the settings or may know what the problem is.
