Vodafone 1240 + AKU2?

I got my Vodafone v1240 (tornado) today and am trying to get an AKU2 rom onto it.

The iMate SP5 ROM tells me I've got an "invalid vendor ID" is there any way to overcome?

Or a AKU2 ROM for the v1240, that would be nice too ;)

I did try the search, apologies if I missed the answer but would appreciate any pointers in the right direction ;)

hum - tried that and get a rapi error - Unknown error -2147024891 in read operation
