Is my c600 super-locked?

I want to install manic's 'autokeylock' but need to unlock for applications first. I have tried unlocking with smartreg and Tweaks2k2 and neither will unlock the phone. In smartreg, the values in the registry just don't change and in T2K2 I select the 'unlock' option but it doesn't seem to work!!

Is my phone super-locked? ... or am I missing something obvious?

(I have an Orange c600 and am in the UK)
