The TMobile (US) SDA # Key Silent/Ring toggle...

The # key is so easily pressed and when done for 1 sec or more the ringer is toggled off. Is there any way to disable or change which key sequence toggles the ringer?

Also, the End button locks the phone. Is there any way to disable or change which key sequence toggles the keyboard lock?
