Answer phone Shortcut vanished

Hi I've just upgraded to the SPV C600 all was fine untill suddenly the shortcut to voicemail which works by holding down key 1 or the soft key option on a missed call changed from the preset 123 or what ever it is to just +

I have tried to edit this but unable to do so as the area is grayed out and not accessable. I have made a new shortcut and set it to another Key (5) but the faulty one still comes up as the soft key option.

Not really a big problem as I can work round it but it don't half get on your nerves. :oops:

Any Ideas of how to edit the key 1 shortcut so I can bring it back.
