MMS/Text Problems...

Hey all. For some reason my Cingular SMT5600 cannot recieve Text or MMS(?) messages. I have verified that the configuration is correct for "MMS Settings" based on the settings I have found digging here, and on a At&t to Cingular migration guide.

Are "Text Messages" and MMS releated at all, or are they separate problems?

Any online test sites that I can send messages to my phone to see if I can get it working, both "Text" and "MMS" ?
