SP5m stills rings on Silent/Meeting!

I have an SP5m (had both the old and new roms) with the default profile settings and the phone will sometimes ring - even if the profile is set to silent or meeting!

The weird part is that it seems to do it if a forwarded number is called, i.e. if the main number is called, it will vibrate, but if a number forwarded to the main number is called, it will ring.

Has anyone else experienced this? What could be the cause?
