Guest nickcornaglia Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 I tried it today. It works okay over GPRS (EDGE isnt showing up in my area today). The video shows upside down on the phone (JAMin). They have Smartphone and PPC clients. Pretty cool app. Great idea. These phones need higer speed data connections for these programs to be of great practical use.
Guest James Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 yep, I agree... faster connection would be great. hence why I was using it with activesync.... also, yes mine also has it upside down.... I mailed them to tell them.. you just need to turn your phone upside down ;)

Guest Griff_FFOC Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 As posted a couple of weeks ago, I'd also take a look at www.orb.com You can then access everything on your PC and stream it to any device connected to the internet, including your smartphone and PPC.

Think Orb... but reversed.
Guest Honest John Posted April 7, 2006 Report Posted April 7, 2006 Am I missing something here? I have loaded the software, signed on installed thge cab and started transmitting as a live feed. I then logged on to the site as myself and tried to watch my live video, but no luck. The PC screen just sat there saying "Loading media". Should I have spent some money buying credits or what or am I barking up the wrong tree? As it stands, I don't know if I am transmitting correctly or not, or whethet it lies with my logging in.
