Guest rizzles Posted April 4, 2006 Report Posted April 4, 2006 Ive been walking around with it running and it shows up lots of networks but how do i actually connect to one?? Sometimes it actually pops up with 3 or 4 networks to connect to but its always only the ones that are security protected, even when there are unprotected ones available??

Guest Laser_iCE Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 (edited) I think the user is talking about from the actual program... From what I gather, you either tap once or twice on the connection, and it will come up in your Connections Manager ;) I haven't used it in a while, though. I'll scan now. EDIT: Nope, I must have been just imagining things. As far as I can tell, WiFiFoFum is a scanner, have you tried Hitchhiker? Edited April 5, 2006 by Laser_iCE

Guest Laser_iCE Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 Wow. Must be some really good server issues going on atm. Haha. Hitchhiker is very good from my experiences ;) I highly recommend it. It works very well with WM5 and the Wizard phone itself. I actually haven't had any success yet. Actually, I take that back -- I access a Telstra hotspot using it once ;) But yeah, do a quick google for hitchhiker, and it'll be towards the top :(
