Hello,

I've got a huge problem: pressing the back/delete button on my Qtek 8310 is not recognized. The button itself is in perfect physical condition and the home button, left and right softkey do still work properly. So I thought it was a software problem. Therefore I performed a hard reset but that didn't help. Button presses are still not recognized. Any ideas? Does anyone know where in the registry this button is mapped?

Thanks for your help.

If you did a hard reset then the problem is likely to be a hardware one. You could try putting the firmware back into it, but it really is a long shot

No, unfortunately not. Seems like I've got to leave my 8310 to the service for a couple of days.
