Bluetooth Keyboard not connecting to PDA

Hi

I recently bought a Cygnet bluetooth keyboard for my PDA (HP rx 3715) which is compatible.

I have installed the software as instructed on the installation CD but the PDA still cannot connect to the keyboard.

I have enabled bluetooth on both devices and when i tap on active keyboard of the config tab the error message

"Can not connect to your keyboard. Please check the power status of th ekeyboard , and try again" comes up.

The green light is flashing on the keyboard and bluetooth is powered on on my PDA.

If I go into the bluetooth manager the keyboard is present as a recognised paired device. If I try and connect throught the bluetooth manager I get a connection but this only an outgoing connection from the PDA but no incoming signal (i.e. from the keyboard.)

All my other bluetooth devices work fine with the PDA
