How difficult is it to create a today screen for PPC...with the background n all that stuff....?

I heard it was rather difficult but i have seen a few flying around here..*i think*

not sure if its possible without a 3rd party app (at least I can't find an editable xml file or the likes) I use thememaker and it does the job well enough.

PS- if you rename a .tsk theme to .cab and open it you'll find a few files, 2 are images (have to rename the extension too) and one can be opened in notepad but contains alot of garble
