Guest Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 Hi All I've read the name of a FREEware app for editing sound files, can anyone think what it is? I also have a wmv video I'd like to extract the sound of, anyone have a good easy free (I know I'm a cheapskate) way of doing this. I can always plug the line in to the line out and record but I never seem to get very good quality using this meathod. thanks for any feedback gerryR

Guest xusso Posted April 6, 2006 Report Posted April 6, 2006 You can always try Audacity witch is a very good sound editor (freeware). HERE ...or Windows Movie Maker can do the trick (if you want to save in WMA).
