I presume you mean after a normal reboot?

If that's what you mean then NO you don't.

The only time you need to do it is when you do a hard reset

Its a known problem then. You need to download the PHM Regedit .cab for SmartPhone, it was said earlier that for some reason the .exe installer installs the PPC version for some reason.

OK i've just hard reset my phone, installed PHM reggistry editor ...

It worked nice but seems to has been uninstalled by the phone after normal reboot ... It says "impossible to find phm....."

any ideas ???

No idea, have you checked the shortcut still points to the correct file?

Haven't done any of this so this is just a guess but is it installing within IPSM? If it installs anywhere else it'll be deleted on reboot. Check where the link points to.

Can imagine why it would install it there though...

You can only install it to ISPM or Storage Card, by nature of the SmartPhone .cab installer. There have been reports of some SPV's randomly hard resetting....
