I would like to try the new version of Pocket Internet Explorer on my Qtek 8310.

It would be highly appreciated if anyone could send it to me. I still have the old firmware in my phone and I don't want to make a full upgrade.

Even if it is technically possible to extract the files from the ROM it would be a breach of copyright to redistribute them.

Forum rules prohibit file-sharing. Perhaps you need to read them again ;)
