SMS Delivery Report

Hi,

I've just noticed a strange thing (say it a BUG?) on the SPV C600.

When sending an SMS, the C600 receives an "Delivery Notification Report" (if it was checked in Options, of course). The problem is that... the Report is received even if the SMS was not received by the recipient (say the phone was closed or no network coverage). So, what is the reason for a receipt if it's says "delivered" even if it was not. How one can be sure that the message has been actually delivered?

I've run through several tests and this occurs on every C600 I could test (about 6 of them). If the recipient has the phone closed, it's a second confirmation message when it's opening up the phone and the message IS received. The two "receips" are though, identical. They shouldn't be. First should say something like "message has been sent" and the second, that the "message has been received/delivered"...

Is anyone else who had encountered this problem? Any tips?
