From what I can gather, yes it is, with the new ROM update. I'm not sure about the T-Mobile's latest ROM, but I know the i-mate ROM supports the new AKU2 and push email ;)

have a look at imateforum.com's portal - one of their sponsors offers a great hosted exchange service - with 2003 sp2.
