Software to synchronise pc - smartphone folders

I am using itunes to download podcasts. I would like to copy only new podcasts from pc to my SPV C500. Is there any software to do it? Thanks for your help.

There's some freeware called MobSync which does axactly this.

It's written by some Japanese people, so the site's English is minimal, but I can recommend it, been using it for years.
