I installed the RSHD Homer Jay theme and now i cant uninstall it,cant enter homepage setup,cant go to owner settings,can't copy files to phone,basicly everything is locked and when i use active sync it logs me in as guest. it still can make and recieve calls and texts but thats it.Oh the phone is a mpx220. Thanks!
Guest SkUk21 Posted April 10, 2006 Report Posted April 10, 2006 hi - i suggest you hard reset the phone. Turn the phone off, press and hold the blue button and power on the phone. It will ask you if you want a master reset. Click Yes
