system permission problem

I want to install lcars theme from modaco. Its a cab file but i get error mesage that program does not have enough system permission?

Its a mpx200 with wm05 and a theme is lcarsscds9.

you have to application unlock your device. i would post a link but i am on my device so just search the forum

The Orange OTA service works for the MPx200 with Smartphone 2002 OS but was never intended for use with WM05 phones. There has never been an official (legal) release of WM05 for the MPx200/MPx220 so it follows that there is no official way to unlock it.

I'll assume you are unaware of this and therefore not intentionally disregarding forum rules regarding warez. You should therefore request an unlocking solution from the software vendor. Hope you kept your receipt ;)
