Sharing Violation

I stpidly copied the 7.8mb minomo into the programs menu file so it would appear in my start menu. I want to remove this as im not using minimo anymore its too buggy. Problem is when i try to delete it i get a sharing violation. Ive ensured that all apps are not running in the memory program but still no luck. Is there anyway i can forcefully delete this???
