Blocked Phone

Hi,

Is it possible for a phone to be blocked for use in the UK, does this mean it is stolen?

If not can it be unblocked?

the reason being that their is one on ebay but it looks dodgy to me.

Could have been stolen or possibly blocked due to non-payment pf bills.

I wouldn't touch it with a barge-pole but would consider reporting the auction to eBay admin.

Sounds strange to me that they would block the actual phone by IMEI if it was only a matter of unpaid bills... My bet is that it's stolen...
