Orange Dialup wap

I recently purchased a c600 via a contract of 120 mins pm, and I immediately unlocked it and use it on O2.

I also have a C500 which now has the Orange contract sim. I want to use the contrcat minutes on the C500 for internet and e-mail access.

Can I set the C500 up for internet access and e-mail (mainly e-mail) via a dialup wap to use the minutes.

I downloaded WAP settings from Orange -

ORANGE CSD settings ...

connects to: Internet

phone no: 7973100500

user name: Orange

password: don't know

Proxy settings ...

Connects from: Internet

Connects to: WAP Network

Proxy (name:port): 192.168.71.35:9201

Type: WAP

Username: blank

Pass:blank

e-mail setup includes Network: Internet

When I try to connect I get "Connecting", then "Finished", then "Unable to place call".

Any ideas where I'm going wrong.
