I need some help on my SAP1. Please!

I need some help regarding my SAP1

Here's the list of my problems.

1. Everytime i turn on the fone it just hangs on the screen with:

2. I've erased the IPSM already. but still cant boot.

3. I've tried the imagedisk bootloader but cant seem to "boot" from that disk to change the phone bootloader. my phone, even though there is no card inside. keeps on displaying "Card Found" if ever i go into the tri-color canary mode.

4. I've broken my USB interface cable. ;) so i need a new one. Is there someone who can help me find a cheaper one? i can settle for a handmedown (secondhand).

What am i doing wrong?
