Presence with Windows Mobile?

A friend of mine bought a Nokia 7360 and it had a nice feature called precense.

It was some kind of network service that notified you if your contacts where available or just able to take voice or text messages.

Is it posible to have this feature on my Qtek 8030 (MS Mobile 2003 2nd Ed)?
