Guest butcheredboy Posted April 13, 2006 Report Posted April 13, 2006 I have a small question about Activesync. First let me detail the steps I'm taking. 1. I sync up my contacts on my phone and PC 2. I disconnect my phone and delete a contact on the phone 3. I reconnect the phone and PC, then resync At this point, Outlook then deletes the contact that I erased from the phone. Is there any way to prevent this? It appears that if I accidentily delete the wrong entry on my phone, then I can't recover it (and ultimately lose it on my phone and PC). How would I just resync the Contact from my PC to my phone? Also, is the "Settings..." button (when you right-click the mouse on Contacts) ever accessible? If so, how or when? Thanks in advance.

The same works from phone to PC Alan Edited April 13, 2006 by ryr154

Someone else said they could use it the first time they used Activesync but then no longer. Anyone with any ideas?
