o2 XDA EXEC Software to copy outlook

OK I'm a bite of a doughnut when it comes to stuff like this...!!!

I want to copy the sub folder from outlook (not express) on to the XDA EXEC Is there any software I can use ?

Or can the EXPERTS Help yes that's you lot, any ideas / help would be good.

(please keep it simple just like me..!!)
