XDA Min,i S - O2 Active UI

Hey

I've got an XDA Mini S. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to use some of the plugins from the O2 Active UI without running the whole UI?

The O2 Active UI replaces the homescreen, but it's dog slow. However, it does have some pretty cool stuff like Power Profiles, status bars similar to SPB Pocket plus, etc, etc.

Before I did my ROM update the Mini S had a battery homescreen plugin out of the box. Since the upgrade that's gone now, except within the O2 Active UI. But it's so slow.

Is there a way to use bits of it from the normal homecreen?

I've had my XDA Mini S for three weeks now...and I've tried all sorts of hard reboots. I'd suggest hard resetting and choose Corporate - rather than Basic. The code for Corporate is 0506. It doesn't give you the O2 accessories you like, but it makes your machine a whole lot faster ;)

And with the ROM upgrade, you should find a new (really small and fairly useless) battery icon in the top right-hand side of your homescreen.
