m600 2 buy or not 2 buy

hi i have been a avid supporter of modoco for a while and trust the members here to give honest opinions, i am toying with the idea of getting myself an spv m600 i have found a few new m600s for sale via e-bay and was wondering if i buy from an e-bay seller how i would be able to get rom updates (would it be updateable by the orange update site) and would orange handle the warranty or issues on ppc
