spv c600 ring&vibrate

Believe it or not I cannot get my spvc600 to ring and vibrate simultaneously, any ideas, anyone have the same problem, I have spent ages trying out all the diff profiles to no avail, do I have a duff phone??

Go to Settings -> Profiles -> Edit and then select "Vibrate and ring" under Ring type

sorry looks like the content of my message didn't come through..

hve a very annoying situation where I cannot get my SPVc600 to ring and vibrate at the same time - any ideas?? I have tried a complete reset of the phone..

Have you tried the suggestion by crispy above?

You need to actually edit the profiles rather than just try different types.
