Please help: Device auto lock

I own an Sp5 m and upgraded it to the latest rom update. While using a 1 min device lock i was surprised that when using media player, sending a file via bluetooth(etc) the screen goes to the homescreen and the keypad is locked.

Usually the device must be locked after 1 min only if it was in the homescreen and the phone wasnt active. is this a bug or wat? anyone can fix this using a tweak or something please!

I use an app called Automatic Keylock you can configure it to not lock certain apps (common ones are built in or you can supply a custom list).
