change url sp5m

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone could help with me changing my url home setting. I have an imate sp5m and of course it's set to imate.com. i have the registry and cannot figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi there,

my 1st post --> this is how to do it:

- via activesync, go to \Windows\ Short_AP1.lnk and copy it to PC

- unchck read only atttrib

- edit content with notepad to read - 23#\Windows\iexplore.exe http://wwx.google.com

- save - copy - paste - overwrite in \Windows

(it's already been discussed in the sp5 tweak section, pls delete if this is redundant)

You don't need to touch the registry!

Can't remember for sure what the menu commands are on the smartphone, but I recall, you go to menu, options in PIE and just change your home page there.
