Looking for suggestions on new Pocket PC

I'm looking to replace my MPX200 Smartphone with a Pocket PC. My background/requirements:

I'm a .NET developer and I want to learn a bit about this platform.

I need something that works well as a phone AND a pda (I want to sync Outlook calendar information mainly)

I don't care about sending receiving emails on the device (I get plenty of emails when I'm at my desk)

I'd like bluetooth and wi fi capabilities (bluetooth for syncing, wi fi to surf the web in places where wi fi is available)

I don't care about web surfing through my phone provider (currently Cingular, but I don't have any love affair with them and will probably buy this device unlocked like I did with my MPX200).

I prefer quad band since I used to get much better reception on my old Motorolla (the MPX200 is tri band)

Any thoughts or suggestions are more than appreciated. The HTC Wizard is nice, I like their form factor.

I recently got a Prophet (jamin, s200 etc) and love it. I think it fills all your mentioned requirements and is in a very compact form factor (which was the deciding factor for me) No hardware keyboard, but this keeps the size down, and no 3g is the one dissapointment for me but at with the cost of data here its probably just as well!

feel free to ask any questions

Thanks for the reply. How is the reception and clarity of the phone?

Reception is fine (I loose it from time to time if I go down home but thats just down to poor coverage and happens every phone I ever owned!) Everywhere else its great, nearly always have a full signal, GPRS is fine too.

Call quality is fine unless you're in a very noisy place, then it can be a bit hard to hear the other person. No ones ever complained to me on the other end of the phone so I assume it sounds good that side too.

I have a Jamin (prophet) too and its the best device I've had. The latest rom has been very stable and the phone features are superb - plus as said above, the size makes the switch from a candybar or flip to a pda very easy to stomach.

If you want a keyboard, and dont mind it being about 30% thicker, then the Kjam (wizard) is the one for you.

If you want a mini-laptop, then the Jasjar (universal) would be an option.

There are a few 3g models (like the Hermes) coming soon.

The Blue Angel is very good and meets most of your requirments, except the 3G. It has WiFi, BT and a keyboard.
