Guest aycajr Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 the application has been giving me a smartdeviceapplication1.exe error, does anyone know what's up w that? I get to connect, look at my screen and all, but as soon as I try to browse the files on my computer, the application shuts down and gives me this error message. I've contacted the company that sells the software, and it's been a nightmare, NO support whatsoever so far, 3 days after I've purchased the software. They say you can download the application right away online, but when you install it, you need a registration code that they usually take 2, 3 days to send it back to you. Really, this company sounds like a 'college kid' gig, that is busy enough doing his homework to provide support to the clients. Hopefully not. But so far, that's my take. :) Will let you all know if it changes. J
Guest Smaulz Posted April 11, 2007 Report Posted April 11, 2007 Tried it, but had much better luck with PT Pocket Office (http://www.parystec.demon.co.uk/). It works GREAT on my Q. The biggest plus being the ability to transfer files back and forth.

Guest Webreaper Posted May 2, 2007 Report Posted May 2, 2007 The PocketPC plugin that LogMeIn.com provides does this far better IMO, and it's FREE. :P
