Newbe Help, need to know where...

Ok, im sorry if im posting n the wrong place, but as a newbe, i really don't know where to post. as a matter of fact, i don't know where to find the help i need. What i need is how to install a Homescreen i downloaded into my phone. Im pretty sure some of you have written how-tos on this matetr, but i can't find them. my phone is an MPX200, and i looked in the subtopis there, and don't know where it is. any help is apreciated.
