\plugin.txt eating up memory?

Does anybody know where the file \plugin.txt is coming from? that grows quite rapidly on my qtek and if deleted starts from scratch. From the content this seems to be some kind of log file or debug info?

Sounds like it belongs to some program. Have a look inside it for clues.

You could delete its contents and make it read only worst case, but you're better off trying to find out what created it and turn it off there
